Quotation based on part number(s) represented by BIX-NA part number, drawings and or specifications.

Custom products are subject to non-cancelable and non-returnable (NCNR) terms and conditions. Charges will apply on orders cancelled in process on percentage of work completed.

Orders subject to applicable sales tax if Certificate of resale is not provided by customer.

Upon issuance of a purchase order based on this quotation, liability for product delivered shall not exceed the face value of the order.

By acceptance of this quotation and the issuance of a purchase order, customer agrees to all terms and conditions herein.

Quotation is valid for 30 Days unless otherwise noted.

Lead Time does not include transit time.
